Projects

J.A. Morrissey, Inc. has constructed a multitude of projects types with varied functions for a wide variety of owners. Included in our portfolio are restaurants, health and dental centers, hospital work, art galleries, libraries, wineries, housing, places of worship, manufacturing facilities, office buildings, educational buildings, historic buildings, state of the art energy structures, community centers, animal surgical centers and hospitals, municipal and state buildings and much more. We have completed minor fit-ups, complete renovations and new structures. We have operated within sensitive areas such as hospitals or occupied housing, operated with severe time and budget constraints and a host of other project specific conditions that were as important as the physical components of our work. We seek to excel in understanding a project and its owners as a whole to achieve successful projects.
